Paul Stanley just released his autobiography, Face The Music: A Life Exposed and we received a review copy and Jay is working on reading it right now. While we patiently await his review, we will see how many of you all would like to read this book, too. That’s right! One of you lucky readers and KISS fans will win a copy as well.
Paul Stanley’s Face The Music: A Life Exposed
Face The Music tells the story, not only of Paul Stanley’s rise to fame, but also of his childhood dealing with adversity due to a physical deformity. I am looking forward to reading this book after Jay is done with it as I admire his ability to be so successful in music when he had a problem with one of his ears. That particular problem could have been really detrimental to his career. My husband’s favorite band is KISS and I have to admit, I have a lot of respect for Paul Stanley.

I love autobiographies and Paul Stanley was my favorite member of KISS?
I would love to win this for the hubs. He is a huge fan.
How fascinating! I didn’t know he had an ear problem!
He really did overcome something when he overcame an ear problem to go on and become KISS!
I love so many kiss songs, hmmm if I have to pick one I would have to go with Detroit Rock city!
I really enjoy reading autobiographies! I’m sure Paul Stanley has some very interesting stories to tell!
Definitely sounds like an interesting read! He was on the news the other day talking about this book!
Wow, how cool is this!! Sounds like a must read!
Thanks so much for a chance to win, that’s awesome!
wow this is really cool. Any KISS fan would love it!
How cool! I will totally do a happy dance if I win!
I remember my first Halloween after we had moved from Arcadia to Glendora, CA. The kids on the street all painted their faces to look like Kiss. I had never heard of them until that moment.
OMG.. this is SOOO cool.. I’m an 80’s baby and this is MY love.. thanks for sharing, sooo gonna enter, would love to check his book out…
This is an awesome giveaway. I have a lot of friends and family members that are KISS fans.

My nephew is a huge Kiss fan and would totally love this. Thanks so much for the chance
I think one of the best concerts I ever saw was KISS! Paul Stanley is such a great performer!
Same hear! We have seen KISS once and have tickets to see them again this summer. They are my husband’s favorite band so we are pretty stoked!
As soon as I saw that picture of Paul Stanley I was flooded with memories of my high school year! thanks for the giveaway!
Oh wow, so cool to see Paul Stanley making music. 🙂 Can’t wait to hear it.
This is so cool! I know several SERIOUS Kiss fans who would love this!!
I’m a huge Kiss fan:) Have been since I was a teenager
This sounds like an interesting book, especially for KISS fans! It’s always inspiring to read about what people have overcome as well.
This is awesome! Sharing this with my uncle.
I’m actually not a KISS fan, but I’d really like to read this book. I enjoy celebrity autobiographies about how they became popular, dealt with the popularity, and how they cope now that they aren’t in the lime light (as much). And I LOVE hearing about all the crazy stuff that happened to them when they where in the height of their popularity!
This is awesome. I didn’t know that he had released his memoir!
That is quite amazing how successful he was in music with an ear problem. Normally you don’t see those two coinciding.
Very interesting to say the least….
Great giveaway and video! Thanks for sharing.
This is soo cool. Love you site too!
Thank you so very much!
I loved KISS as a teen. I would definitely enjoy reading this.
Seems like a great and interesting giveaway Dawn!
What a neat book! I was a huge KISS fan growing up!
I’m not a huge KISS fan – but I know someone who is…so she will be getting the prize if I win.
While I enjoy autobiographies, the hubby and I are KISS fans; especially the hubby who has been a fan since childhood. In 1996, we saw them in concert four times. It amazing what long careers they’ve had in music and they always put on a good show.
Four times in one year? That is pretty cool! They are Jay’s favorite band and he never saw them until he married me. We have been once, now, and will be going back to see them again this summer. 😉
My hubby went to see them as a kid, too. His father used to take him; but one year, his father was away so his mom took him. It was the no makeup years. No foul language before, but the first words at that concert included the F-bomb. It’s good that they dropped that now the makeup is back on.
Yes, I’m a Kiss fan.
My favorite Kiss song is Rock and Roll All Nite.
How exciting. That is pretty cool.
HUGE Fan of KIZZ
would love to win this and just maybe i’ll share with hubby 😉 hehe @tisonlyme143
I am a kiss fan. Beth is my favorite song.
I am a KISS fan and a huge admirer of Gene Simmons. I would love to know more about Paul Stanley, so would love to read this book.
I love Kiss, love autobiographies…best of both worlds!
I would be interested in reading this. I liked Kiss when I was younger, now my son just heard a couple of their songs and has become a fan.
I like autobiographies! Vaguely remember Kiss. 🙂
Paul Stanley and KISS fan!
I am sure he went through some wild things in his career!!! I was kind of too young for Kiss but when I hear them come on the radio now, I will listen to it and not change the channel. LOL
This is super cool! I am a huge fan of KISS! I have loved their music for more years than I care to share! 😉
I love biographies/memoirs…and I always liked Kiss. They were popular when I was in junior high school. I even like their slow song, Beth, although I prefer their more rockin’ songs more!
My husband loves Kiss and I like listening to all of their songs. Very interesting character and lots of great sound effects during the shows!
I am a KISS fan & I do like reading biographies.
LOVE Kiss, as did my mother!
My husband is a huge fan of Kiss and Paul Stanley!
my boyfriend is the fan and would love this
I enjoyed the clip you had here with him. I have loved him and KISS since I was in my teens. It sounded like he was coming from the heart so I bet the book is too. Sounds like a good read.
I grew up with KISS and love Paul. It wasn’t my favorite band but it it in my top 10. It was my best friends favorite band so I listened to their music every day. I still listen to them today and Beth from their Destroyer album is my favorite. I would love to read Pauls Face the Music. I didn’t realize it was even out. Thanks for sharing this info.
This would sure be an interesting read. When I was a teenager, I used to listed to KISS (which must really date me).
